Description
The Mug contains artwork of the Badshahi Mosque.
The Badshahi Masjid was built by Emperor Aurangzeb Alamgir in 1673 and was designed by Nawab Zain Yar Jang Bahadur. The intricate details and the architecture of the Masjid is heavily influenced by Persian styles and that of Jama Mosque in Delhi.
